Home Staging:
Occupied Homes: If you are still living in your home, we provide consultation services, helping you to determine what repairs or updates would be beneficial and what is unnecessary. We help you rearrange furniture and accessories and most of the time we add accesories and art to accentuate your home’s assets.
Vacant Homes: Vacant homes can be fully furnished and accessorized in all or in part. Depending on your budget, the price point of the home and the condition we come up with a plan to make your home look its best.
Other services: We have several other contractors we work with to help the selling process go smoothly. We have great painters, movers, carpenters and everyone in between to help get your home “market ready”.
Interior Design:
If you want to redesign your current home or planning a custom home, we can provide consulation at any point of the process. Our work often includes determining material selection, wall coverings, paint colors, furniture and accessories.

Pricing:
Pricing is done on a case by case basis. Factors such as price point, access and number of major pieces of furniture are determinants. We can usually give a basic price range after speaking with you on the phone. Final pricing is done after viewing the property.
