Flat fee of $250:  Stephanie Sullivan will travel to your client’s home for a one hour of professional advice on how best to prepare and stage their home, using your client’s existing possessions. Stephanie will give them advice for showcasing their home by re-positioning their furniture and strategic placement of other items.

You will be amazed how much your client’s home can be transformed in this one hour meeting. This is must do for all of your listings!

Designer for a Day:

Flat fee of $1,000: Stephanie Sullivan will come to your client’s home and spend the day transforming their property room by room. Stephanie will take their possessions and apply design principles and her staging expertise to create market-ready spaces.

At the end of the day, your listing is ready for the market.
