Home Staging Consultation:

For a flat fee of $250, Stephanie Sullivan will travel to your home and give you up to one hour of professional advice on how best to prepare and stage your home, using your existing possessions. We’ll give you advice for showcasing your home by re-positioning your furniture and strategic placement of other items. You will be amazed how much your home can be transformed in this one hour meeting. We design and you execute!

Designer for a Day:

For a flat fee of $1,000, Stephanie Sullivan will come to your home and spend the day transforming your property room by room. We’ll take your possessions and apply design principles and our staging expertise to create market-ready spaces. At the end of the day, your home is ready for sale.

Accentuated:

Add furnishing rental to the flat fee of $1,000 per day, and you’ve got the accentuated stage. Perfect when you need to empty out the “catch-all” room but don’t have enough pieces to stage the space. Prices vary and follow-on furnishing rental applies after the first month. We will be able to give you an estimate during the initial consultation on the price of additional furniture for set up and monthly rental.

Vacant Stage:

We do not offer flat rate pricing on vacant homes but we can tell you the average home can be staged for $2,500 to $4,500. This includes all of the furniture and accesories to make your house look like a model home. We bring in furniture, accessories, rugs, bedding and art.
